A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment for all services.

• Deposits are applied toward your service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted with proper notice.
• Missed appointments, cancellations, or additional reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

The remaining balance for your service may be paid using cash or any major credit/debit card.

Please note that a $3.00 processing fee will be added to all card transactions

need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may call or text at any time to notify us.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee.
• Same-day cancellations and reschedules are subject to this fee.
• No exceptions.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that delays happen, so a 10-minute grace period is provided.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
• A new booking deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Same-day appointments are limited and require a phone call to check availability.

Need an appointment outside of regular business hours? After-hours appointments are available before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM for an additional $25 convenience fee.
